Rudbeckia Hirta, or Black eye Susan, is an evergreen annual herbaceous, which belongs to the family of the Asteraceaes.
It is a plant that is usually grown as an annual, although it actually is a biennale.
Its striking, bright yellow flowers makes will create a direct spotlight.
For it to thrive properly sow it in a fertile soil with good drainage to prevent flooding at all costs.
Sow it leaving a gap of between 50 to 60 cm.
Cut the drooping flowers and the dry stalks to encourage the following blooming and keep the plant healthy and fresh.
Add fertilizer each every 15 days since early summer until the fall with a flowering feed. 
It is ideal for low maintenance and rustic gardens, tolerant to drought and high temperatures.
Make sure that soil is not soggy to avoid the development of fungi.
