Gaura Lindheimeri is an herbaceous plant on the oenotheraceaes family.

It is heat and drought resistant from the moment that its roots are established.

It has a stylish, cool and airy bearing, that reminds us of butterflies when planted in group.

We can enjoy its flowers from spring to the fall, and will prune Gaura once its flowers are finnished, although in sub tropical areas we can prune it at any time,being before spring the best time.

It is drought and heat resistant once its roots have being settled, although with moderated irrigation it will thrive much better.

We normally use Gaura in gardens of rustic or english style, but in general it is a good resort for any type of sunny gardens.

Normally it is not attacked by deseases or garden pests.
